Giant Cupcake Cake

2 Boxes | cake mix and the ingredients needed per each box |

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake the bottom of the cupcake first. The bottom of the cupcake tin takes 1 box of cake mix. Spray the pan well with baking spray before pouring cake mix. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake will rise above pan. After 45 minutes of baking time, cut off the part of the cake that has risen above the pan. Place pan back in oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. After the bottom has baked, let cool in pan for 5 minutes before flipping over onto cooling rack. Let baking pan cool before pouring cake mixture into top portion of pan. Bake the top of the cupcake for 30 minutes. Then cut off the part of the cake that has risen above pan line. Place back in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before flipping onto cooling rack. Let both sides of the cupcake cool before using the frosting to "glue" both pieces together. The extra cake mix left over from the top of the cupcake allows for 6 regular size cupcakes. Follow and bake according to recipe on cake box.
