    4 boxes  chopped frozen spinach,, (make sure you get "chopped")
    1/2 C  Butter
    1/2 cup  Milk
    3 T  flour
    1 t  salt
    1 t  pepper
    1/3 box  velveeta cheese, (so, just use the whole box for this recipe.)

Thaw spinach by running it under cool water in a strainer. Squeeze out all excess water.
Melt butter, flour, milk, cheese over low heat (continually stir until all cheese is melted). Mix cheese mixture with spinach and pour in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
