1 c | walnuts, soaked 1 hr & rinsed |
1 c | sunflower seeds, soaked 1 hr & rinsed |
1 c | almonds, soaked 1 hr & rinsed |
1 | tomato |
1 c | red onion, chopped |
3 Tbsp | flaxseed |
2 tsp | salt |
Add all to food processor.
Process until well blended but still chunky.
Spread onto sheet.
Bake 300 for 15 min, cut to score
Bake 10 more min
The dryer they are, the longer they keep. 5 days if they are still a little soft.
