1 c | Raw Cashews, soaked overnight, drained & rinsed |
1/4-3/4 c | Water, (depending on use, dip or dressing) |
2 1/2 Tbsp-1/3 c Apple Cider Vinegar (or lemon juice) | |
1/3 c | Olive Oil |
1-3 Tbsp | liquid sweetener, agave, honey or maple syrup |
1-3 | Garlic cloves |
3 tsp | onion powder |
1 tsp | dill |
1/2-1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | black pepper,, (optional) |
Blend high speed until smooth.
Use more or less water for dip vs dressing. Or as needed to make blend.
Keeps 5 days in refrigerator.
