Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

Makes 4 servings
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Trim asparagus, snapping off tough ends. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil over the center of rimmed baking sheet. Spread asparagus evenly in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 5 minutes for crisp tenderness and 8 minutes for softer asparagus. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
