Sauce:
    1 cup  whiskey
    1 cup  Worcestershire
    1/2 cup  molasses
Ribs:
      Garlic salt
      Pepper

Directions
In saucepan, combine whiskey, Worcestershire and molasses. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Season ribs with garlic salt and pepper. Grill medium-high heat 10-12 min meat side down. Turn and cook for another 10-12 min, basting meat with sauce every 5 min.
Oven:
Preheat 425, roast 20-30 minutes or until meat is 135-140 degrees for medium. Baste with sauce every 10 min. Let sit 10 min before cutting.
