| 8 tomatillos husked | |
| 4 | garlic cloves |
| 1 small | red onion, peeled and quartered |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 canned chipotle 1/4 cilantro | |
| 2 tsp | honey |
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Rub tomatillo, garlic and onion with olive oil on baking sheet and roast for 20 min or until tomatillo are soft. Place all ingredients in food processor and purée until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
