| 1 | shallot, minced |
| 2 Tb. | minced fresh cilantro |
| 1 Tb. | fresh lime juice |
| 5 | ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced |
| 1/2 c. | seed and minced tomato |
| 1/2 tsp. | salt |
| 1/2 tsp. | ground black pepper |
| 1/2 tsp. | garlic powder |
in a medium bowl, combine shallot, cilantro, and lime juice. Add avocados; coarsley mash with a fork. Stir in tomato, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Serve immediately.
