    2 cups  self-raising flour
    2/3 cups  caster sugar
    1 tsp  cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups  grated carrot, (1 medium)
    1 1/2 cups  grated zucchini, (1 small)
    1/2 cup  sultanas
    100g  butter
    2  eggs
    1/2 cup  reduced fat milk

1. Oven 200oC
2. Sift flour, stir in sugar & cinnamon Add carrot, zucchini & sultanas. Mix well.
3. Whisk butter, eggs & milk. Fold into carrot mixture.
4. Bake 18-20mins.
