Side Dishes Ham-Hash Brown Casserole

30 oz | frozen shredded country style hash brown, thawed |
1-10 oz | frozen diced onion, thawed |
red/green pepper, thawed | |
celery, thawed | |
1-10 oz | cream of potato soup |
1-10 oz container | Alfredo sauce. 3 cups chpd cooked ham |
2 cups | shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1 cup grated fresh zucchini |
1 cup | milk |
2 cups | crushed round buttery crackers. 3 T melted butter |
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine first 8 ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 13/9 pan. Combine crushed crackers and butter. Top casserole with mixture.
Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly and cracker mixture is brown. Let stand 15 minutes
