Garlic-Lime Shrimp

1/4 C | butter,, (1/2 stick) |
2 T. | fresh lemon juice |
2 1/2 t | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | garlic cloves, minced |
1 t | sugar |
3/4 t | grated lime peel |
Pinch | cayenne pepper |
10 large | uncooked shrimp in shells |
2 T | chopped fresh parsley |
Salt | |

Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Mix in next 6 ingredients. Sauté 30 seconds. Add shrimp and sauce until opaque in center, turning occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 2 servings
