Egg Souffle

8 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread (or other firm white bread) - crust removed and cubed. Place bread cubes in 9" x 11" pan, lightly coated with cooking oil spray. Combine the following and pour over cubes:
    6  eggs, beaten well
    2 cups  milk
    1 lb  grated cheddar cheese

Optional - 1 lb sausage, browned, crumbled & drained

Dot with butter

Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup mixed with 1/2 can milk (pour over each serving).
