Nutty Apple crumble

1 bunch | rhubarb |
6 | Granny Smith Apples |
1 tsp | allspice |
1 tbsp | honey |
2 tbsp | water |
1 cup | rolled oats |
1/2 cup | coconut |
1/2 cup | LSA |
1/2 cup | wholemeal flour |
1/4 cup | raw sugar |
1/2 cup | yogurt |
Preheat oven to 180
Place first 5 ingredients into large saucepan and simmer until fruit is just cooked, remove and place in an oven proof dish.
Make crumble with remaining ingredients with just enough yogurt to bind but not to moist
Sprinkle the crumble evenly over top of fruit
Bake for 20 to 30, crumble should be golden
