- 2 cas d'oignons
- 2 cas canneberges
- 2 cas noix de grenobles
Ajouter 2 cas de sirop d'érable à la fin
Étendre les filets d'aiglefin sur une tôle, mettre 2 cas de jus d'orange sur les filets.
Chauffer 8 minutes au four à 400 degrés.
Mettre la préparation sur les filets et poivrer au goût
