Ingredients
    15 oz   canned Pumpkin
    6 oz  Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1 tsp  vanilla, check this amount- I changed vaniliia yogurt to plain
    1  egg
    1 cup  Brown Sugar
    1 3/4 cups  Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp  Baking Soda
    1 tsp  Baking Powder
    2 tsp  Cinnamon
    4 tbsp  Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Beat together egg, oil, pumpkin, vanilla, sugar and yogurt. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and add to other mixture. Pour into greased 9X13 dish or loaf pans. Bake 30 mins. or until center springs back.
