Low Fat Pumpkin Cake/Bread

Ingredients | |
15 oz | canned Pumpkin |
6 oz | Nonfat Plain Yogurt |
1 tsp | vanilla, check this amount- I changed vaniliia yogurt to plain |
1 | egg |
1 cup | Brown Sugar |
1 3/4 cups | Whole Wheat Flour |
1 tsp | Baking Soda |
1 tsp | Baking Powder |
2 tsp | Cinnamon |
4 tbsp | Olive Oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Beat together egg, oil, pumpkin, vanilla, sugar and yogurt. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and add to other mixture. Pour into greased 9X13 dish or loaf pans. Bake 30 mins. or until center springs back.
