Chocolate Ganache Cake

125g | dark chocolate |
125g | butter |
175g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs, seperated |
50g | Almonds |
50g | Ground Almonds |
50g | Bread Crumbs |
.5 tsp | Vanilla |
Melt Choc
Cream butter and sug. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add hot melted choc. Fold in almonds and bread crumbs and Vanilla. Fold in Whites.
Line 8" tin. Bake Moderate oven for 45 mins. Cake develops a crust on the toP. Allow to cool before turning out.
