Caraway Cabbage

1 | Green Cabbage, (use savoy if you prefer) Cut into large pieces and wash |
2 | Onions sliced |
1 tsp | Caraway seeds |
Pinch | curry powder |
Salt and Pepper |
1. Wash and drain the cabbage
2. Saute the onion off in a little oil or butter until light golden brown.
3. Add the cabbage and caraway, stir and then turn the heat down slightly and allow to simmer and steam for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally(the water on the cabbage from washing will provide the moisture).
4. Season and serve
