Rhubarb Cake

| RHUBBARB CAKE | |
| ½ cup | margarine? Mix |
| 1 ½ cup | brown sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1 tsp | soda |
| 1 tsp | vanilla? Add |
| 1 cup | sour milk |
| pinch | salt |
Fold in 1 ½ cup finely cubed rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 12 pan. Bake 350° 40 – 45 minutes. Sprinkle with mixture of white sugar, cinnamon & nuts.
