| 2 cups | flour |
| 4 tsp | baking powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 4 Tblsp | shortening |
| 1 cup | milk |
Mix dry ingredients with shortening until crumbly. Add milk and mix with fork. Roll dough out to about ½ inch thick. Place dough on cookie sheet (or cut into round biscuits). Bake @ 350º until light brown on top (10 – 15 minutes).
