Spinach Dip

SPINACH DIP
    10 ounces  Frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup  Sour Cream
    1 cup  Mayonnaise
    ½ cup  Chopped Green Onions
    1 tsp  Parsley Flakes
    1 tsp  Lemon Juice
    ½ tsp  Seasoning Salt
    1 Round  Crusty Bread, (pumpernickel)

Put spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise into bowl, mix. Mix onion parsley, lemon juice and seasoning salt. Mix together. Heat before serving.

1. Cut top from round loaf. Remove brad from inside, leaving shell of about 1 inch thick. Fill round with dip. Wrap round in foil and heat in 300°, ½ hour. Remove from oven and turn foil back. Use bread that was removed from inside – rip into bite size pieces, for dipping.
