| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 4 oz | sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |

Layer potatoes, sausage, cheese, flour, salt and milk in casserole
Bake at 350 degree for 50-60 minutes covered
Bake 10 minutes uncovered
