Shrimp Chowder

1/2 cup | onion, chopped |
2 tsp | butter |
2 cans (12 oz each) | evaporated milk |
2 cans (10 1/4 oz each) | cream of potato soup |
2 cans (10 1/4 oz each) | cream of chicken soup |
1 can (11 oz) | white corn, drained |
1 tsp | creole seasoning |
1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
2 lbs | cooked, small shrimp, peeled & deveined |
1 pkg (3 oz) | cream cheese, cubed |
Sauté onion until tender
In slow cooker, combine everything except shrimp & cream cheese
Cook on Low for 3 hours
Add shrimp and cream cheese - cook 30 minutes
Stir & serve
