Beef Stroganoff (crockpot)

| 3 lbs | boneless beef round steak,, (strips) |
| 1/2 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | pepper |
| 1 medium | onion, sliced into rings |
| 6 to 8 oz | mushrooms, drained |
| 1 (10 1/2 oz) can | condensed beef broth |
| 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) | sour cream |
| 1 pkg | egg noodles |
Cut steak into 3 inches x 1/2 inch strips
In a large plastic bag, combine flour, salt & pepper
Add beef into bag and toss to coat
In slow cooker, layer onion - mushroom - beef
Pour broth over all
Cover & cook on low 8 to 9 hours
Stir in sour cream ~10 minutes before serving
Serve over noodles
