| 1 pkg | crescent rolls |
| 1 1/2 lb | hamburg |
| 1/2 | green bell pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 - 1/2 cup | water |
| 1 1/2 cup | cheddar cheese |
| 1 cup | crushed Fritos |
| 1 small | onion, chopped |
| 1 pkg | taco seasoning |
| 8 oz | sour cream |
Preheat oven to 350 degree
Pat rolls on bottom and sides of 8 inch casserole
Sprinkle with half the Fritos
Cook together hamburg, onions and green pepper - drain
Add seasoning mix and water - simmer until dry
Pour mixture over Fritos
Spread sour cream on top of the meat mixture
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
Sprinkle remaining Fritos
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until rolls are brown
