Hamburger Cordon Bleu

| 1 lb | hamburg |
| 4 slices | Swiss cheese |
| 2 cans | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 can | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 4 slices | cooked sandwich ham |
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Divide hamburg into 4 even portions.
Roll out each section
Place 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of ham on each portion
Start at one end and roll up
Season to taste
Roll in bread crumbs and place in 1/4 inch hot oil in fry pan ... Brown on all sides
Pour in 2 cans of soup and cook slowly for 15 minutes
Place meat on platter ... Pour sauce over each
Serve
