Macaroni & Cheese

1 1/2 cups | elbows |
3 Tbsp | butter |
2 Tbsp | flour |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Dash | pepper |
2 cups | milk |
8 oz | sharp cheese |
Cook & drain elbows
In saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, add salt & pepper
Add milk, cook and stir until thick & bubbly
Add cheese, stir until melted
Mix cheese sauce with elbows
Spread into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
