Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

| 6 oz | fettuccine |
| 1 lb | chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cubed |
| 1 small | onion, chopped |
| 4 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
| 4 1/2 tsp | flour |
| 1 1/2 cups | half & half |
| 1 cup | frozen peas, thawed |
| 1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Cook fettuccine
In large skillet, sauté the chicken, onion, garlic, salt & cayenne pepper in butter until chicken is no longer pink - stir in flour until blended
Gradually add the half & half, peas and Parmesan cheese
Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes
Drain fettuccine and toss with chicken mixture
