Sausage Potato Skillet

1 pkg (16 oz) | smoked sausage links, cut in pieces |
2 stalks | celery, chopped |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 Tbsp | butter |
2 cups | hot water |
2/3 cup | milk |
1 pkg (4.9 oz) | au gratin potatoes |
In a large skillet, sauté sausage, celery & onion in butter until vegetables are tender
Stir in water, milk & sauce mix from potatoes
Bring to boil
Stir in potatoes
Reduce heat - cover & simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender
