Saucy Pork Chops (tomato sauce)

| 6 pork loin chops (3/4 inches thick) | |
| 1 Tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 large | onion, sliced |
| 1 medium | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 can (4 oz) | mushrooms, drained |
| 1 can (8 oz) | tomato sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | brown sugar |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 1/2 tsp | cider vinegar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| Rice | |
In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
Place chops in slow cooker
Add onion, green pepper & mushrooms
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and salt ... Pour over meat & vegetables
Cover & cook on Low for 4-5 hours
Serve with rice
