BRAAI SAUCE FOR MARINADING CHICKEN

1 cup | oil |
1 cup | vinegar |
¾ cup | brown sugar |
3 tsp | salt |
½ cup | tomato sauce |
½ cup | chutney |
1 tsp | curry powder |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 tsp | dry mustard |
1 tsp | garlic flakes |
4 | cloves |
2 tsp | ground ginger |
2 tsp | mixed herbs |
1 | chopped onion |
1tb | Ground Coriander |
Mix in blender and pour over chicken leave overnight in fridge very good to make and keep in fridge for when required.
