BBQ Pulled Pork

Rub the meat all over with rub and let stand overnight. Remove meat from pan and place in a shallow hotel with coke and then fill can again w/ water or stock and add to pan. Cover and cook approx. 3 1/2 hours @ 350-400 F. Remove pork and allow to cool a little before you pull it. Add remaining cooking liquid to: | |

1 1/2 c | Dark brown sugar |
1.5 c | Jack daniels |
Cook all ingredients together and reduce by a quarter. If using light brown sugar add molasses to account for flavor. Add to Pulled pork. This recipe can be frozen
