1.5 Cups | Soft Brown Sugar |
1tsp | Vanilla essence |
2 Cups | Milk |
1tsp | Salt |
1 Cup | Nutty Wheat Meal |
1.5 Cups | Cake flour |
2 Cups | Digestive Bran |
1 Cup | Raisins |
1 Cup | Chopped Dates |
2 tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
I used to love these muffins. They are tasty, healthy and go a long long way.
Whisk oil, eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla essence together. Add the remainign ingredients and mix well. Allow to stand overnight. Bake in batches of 12 at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. This recipe will replenish itself to make a batch a week for a month. Keep in an airtight container.
