Spinach & Artichoke Dip

2 pkgs | cream cheese |
3/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
1 cup | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
4 Tbsp | mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | skim milk |
3 pkgs | frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, dried |
1 can | artichoke hearts, cut into 1 inch pieces |
Per-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and skim milk in corningware bowl with lid.
Microwave for 1 minute increments until you can mix all ingredients in bowl.
Once those ingredients are mixed, mix spinach & artichoke hearts into cheese mix.
Bake for 50 minutes (covered) ... Then bake for 10 minutes (uncovered).
