Spinach & Artichoke Dip

    2 pkgs  cream cheese
    3/4 cup  Parmesan cheese
    1 cup  mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 Tbsp  mayonnaise
    1/4 cup  skim milk
    3 pkgs  frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, dried
    1 can  artichoke hearts, cut into 1 inch pieces

Per-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and skim milk in corningware bowl with lid.
Microwave for 1 minute increments until you can mix all ingredients in bowl.
Once those ingredients are mixed, mix spinach & artichoke hearts into cheese mix.
Bake for 50 minutes (covered) ... Then bake for 10 minutes (uncovered).
