Clam Chowder

    1  onion, chopped
    2 medium  potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1/8 tsp  pepper
    2 cups  lite cream
    3 cups  water
    2 cans (7 oz each)  clams

Combine ingredients except clams and cream in cooker.
Cover and cook on Low for 5-7 hours.
Turn to high - add clams & cream.
Cover and cook on High for 15 minutes.
Thicken with corn starch.
