Pot Roast (Oven Bag)

| 3 lbs | pot roast or chuck roast |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 can | French onion soup |
| Garlic, minced | |
| 3 large | potatoes |
| 6 | carrots |
Place roast into oven bag then into pan
Add garlic ... Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut potatoes & carrot and place in bag
Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees
