1 - 28 oz can | kidney beans, drained |
1 - 28 oz can | stewed tomatoes |
1 - 28 oz can | crushed tomatoes |
1 clove | garlic, crushed |
1 lb | ground beef, browned |
3 stalks | celery, diced |
1 | green pepper, diced |
2 - 10 1/2 oz cans | chicken stock |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
1 1/2 cup | uncooked ditalini pasta, (cook pasta in broth) |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
Basil to taste |
Brown the ground beef.
Put all other ingredients in pot, stir and simmer.
Cook the pasta in chicken broth.
Keep pasta aside (so it doesn't soak up all the liquid)
Serve over pasta.
