1 cup | flour |
1/4 tsp | salt |
2 | eggs |
1 cup | milk |
1 Tbs | melted butter, split between muffin sheet to grease |
Combine all ingredients together and let stand in fridge for 1 hour.
Bake at 450 for 15 min then drop temp to 350 for an addition 15 min.
For Yorkshire Pudding use 1 Tbs beef grease per muffin cup instead of butter.
