    250 gr  ricotta
4 acciughe sott’olio sgocciolate
    250 gr  tonno sgocciolato

succo di 1/2 limone
Iniziare con l’inserire nel boccale il tonno e le acciughe, tritare: 20 sec. vel 5, aggiungere il succo del limone e la ricotta, amalgamare: 30 sec. vel. 5. Mettere in frigo e lasciare riposare per 1-2 ore.
