| 1/2 cup | soy sauce |
| 1/2 | yellow onion |
| 5-6 | garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tsp | ground pepper |
| 2 lbs | skirt steak |
| 2-3 heads | bibb lettuce |
| 1 cup | sliced scallion or ginger sauce |
| Marinade is juice | |
| Soy sauce, onion, garlic, oil, pepper, in large freezer bag | |
Add steak
Marinate 24 hours
Cook on grill pan3-5 min
Per side
Cut on bias serve on lettuce top with scallions or scallion sauce
