Grilled Portobello and Onion Burgers

Burger:
    4 lg  portobello mushroom caps, wiped clean with damp cloth
    4 slices  red onion
    1/2 tbs  EVOO
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
    2 oz  blue cheese crumbles
    4  romaine lettuce leaves
Sauce:
    2 tbs.  non fat plain greek style yogurt
    1 tbs  EVOO
2 tps mustard Dijon
    2 cloves  garlic, minced
2 tps basil dried
    1 tbs  finely chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp  sea salt

Instructions:

Heat grill pan on med high. Lightly brush mushroom caps and onion with oil. Grill for 4-5 min per side until mushrooms are tender. Grill buns until toasted

Meanwhile, prepare sauce. combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. spread sauce on bottom half of each bun. top with onion, mushroom caps, cheese and lettuce.
