| 2 small | onions, chopped |
| 2 1/2 tsp. | Accent |
| salt to taste | |
| garlic to taste | |
| 3 cans | tomato sauce |
| 3 cans | tomato paste |
| 2 1/2 tsp. | oregano |
| 2 1/2 tsp. | cumin |
| 2 1/2 tsp. | chili powder |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | sugar |
| 8 c. | cooked rice |
| 1 bag | Doritoes |
| 2 c. | shredded lettuce |
| 1 c. | chopped tomatoes |
| 1 c. | chopped onion |
| 1 c. | shredded cheddar |
| 2 c. | guacomole |
| 2 c. | picante sauce |
| 2 c. | sour cream |
| 1 c. | chopped pecans |
| 2 c. | coconut |
Brown first 5 ingredients. In another pan, mix and simmer tomato sauce, 3 cans water, tomato paste and seasonings. Serve over rice. Top with Doritoes or Fritos and rest of toppings.
