8 tbsp | sugar |
250 grams | mascarpone |
250 grams | ricotta |
200 grams (ml) | whipping cream |

Gran marnier or amaretto (one finger) Lady fingers, 2-3 packages | |

1. Put egg yolks and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Whisk together.
2. Add mascarpone and mix.
3. Add ricotta. Whisk until smooth.
4. In a 2nd bowl, whisk cream until stiff but not whipped. Fold into the cheese mixture.
5. Add from a tumbler glass about a finger of liqueur. Mix.
6. Make coffee.
7. Dip lady fingers into the coffee. Place a layer of lady fingers into the dish, packing tight to cover bottom. Cover with a layer of cream. Repeat until dish is full.
8. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
9. Chill at least two hours.
