Mexican Lasagna

2 packages of 12" flour tortillas | |
2 lb bag | shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cans | diced black olives |
2 cans | diced green chilis |
2 lbs | ground beef, browned |
2 bottles | taco sauce |
2 cans | corn, drained |
2 cans | black beans, drained & rinsed |
1. Spray bottom of 9x13" glass pan with pam and spread a thin layer of taco sauce.
2. Mix the meat, taco sauce and all veggies together.
3. Cut the tortillas in half.
4. Layer the tortillas so the cut edge is next to the glass. 3 tortillas per layer, must cover the bottom of the pan.
5. Cover tortillas with the meat mixture. Add a layer of cheese.
6. Repeat layers until at the top of the pan. The top layer must be cheese or tortillas then cheese.
7. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until bubbly.
8. Let rest/cool for 10-15 minutes.
