| 2 Tbs | chili powder |
| 1 Tbs | season salt |
| 2 tsp | ground cumin |
| 1 tsp | oregano |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | onion powder |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| A dash | cayenne pepper |
| Chili: | |
| 2 tbs | olive oil |
| Cracked black pepper | |
| 1 small | onion diced |
| 1 small | green pepper diced |
| 1 Lb 93/7 | lean ground beef |
| 1 large can | Bushs chili beans |
| 1 can | light red kidney beans, (drained) |
| 1 can | black beans |
| 1 can | Hunts Seasoned Tomato sauce for Chili |
| 1 can | Hunts Diced tomatoes w, sweet onion |
| 1 can | stewed tomatoes |
| Directions: Sautee green pepper and onion in olive oil, season with cracked black pepper, sautee until tender. Add ground beef with 1 Tbs of chili seasoning and brown. Add beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes and 1 more Tbs of chili seasoning and bring it all to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for about and hour. Choice toppings : | |
