Spaghetti sauce with meatballs & sausage

4 Cloves | garlic |
2 12 oz. cans | tomato paste |
Salt | |
Water | |
1 20 oz. can | peeled tomatoes |
1 16 oz. can | tomato sauce |
Italian seasoning Crushed red peppers | |
Sugar | |
1 lb. | ground meat |
Italian meatball mix | |
SAUCE |
Brown 4 sausage links and remove
Cut 1 onion and brown in same oil
Add 2 cloves garlic
Add 2 cans tomato paste plus 1 can water
Add 3 hand fulls of salt
Run peeled tomatoes through blender and add to sauce along with the can of tomato sauce
Sprinkle Italian season and crushed red pepper
Add a good tbsp sugar
Add the sausage back and cook on low
MEATBALLS
Mix ground meat, 2 cloves of garlic - crushed and Italian meatball mix. Form meatballs and place in sauce
Simmer for 3 hours.
