Margaritas from Los Tres Bobos

1 oz. | triple sec |
1 1/2 oz. | tequila |
3/4 oz. | simple syrup |
1-1 1/2 oz. | lime juice concentrate, undiluted |
Shake vigorously with crushed ice, strain or serve over ice. To salt the glass rim, run a fresh lime around the rim, twist the glass in a plate of salt and shake off excess.
To make simple syrup: fill a quart jar 3/4 full of sugar, then fill the jar to top with hot water.
