Mom's meatloaf

Break up 1 to 1 1/2 lb ground round chop meat, mix with pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, 2 to 3 tbsp Italian grated cheese.
Take ends off two to three pieces of Italian bread ( d'italiano bread) and grate in chopper. Add to mixture. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of A-1 Sauce, and Gulden's spicy mustard. Mix well and keep hands wet with water after adding 1/4 cup of water. After meat is mixed, form into a loaf and place in a non-stick corning ware pan. Sprinkle top of meatloaf with bread crumbs. Brown in oven at 425 for first 45 min or until top looks brown. Then add water 1/2 water. Up meatloaf. Then lower oven to 400 for another 45 min. Keep adding water and scrap sides of pan to form a nice gravy. Just about 10 min before its done, add Wondra, stir it around meat to make gravy. Pop back in 5 min.
