1 cup | Vanilla Extract |
15 lbs | Sugar |
20 lbs | Flour |
5 ounces | Baking Soda |
5 ounces | Baking Powder |
4 ounces | Cinnamon |
2.5 ounces | Salt |
20 lbs | Carotts, shredded |
2.5 lbs | Apples, shredded |
2.5 lbs | Zucchini, shredded |
5 lbs | Nuts, (Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds) |
1/2 Gallon | Raisins |
Combine and mix together oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Add dries, mix well.
Add veg, fruit and nuts. Mix well.
