    16 LBS  Bread Flour
    4 LBS  Rye Flour
    4 ounces  Caraway Seeds
    6 ounces  Salt
    12 ounces  Fresh Yeastt
    8 ounces  Vegetable Oil
    8 ounces  Molasses
    6 1/2 quarts  Water

On 1st speed, add all ingredients until dough ball forms.
On 2nd speed, knead until smooth and elastic. 2 lbs per loaf. Egg wash proof and slash. 350 F for 1 hour.
