4 LBS | Rye Flour |
4 ounces | Caraway Seeds |
6 ounces | Salt |
12 ounces | Fresh Yeastt |
8 ounces | Vegetable Oil |
8 ounces | Molasses |
6 1/2 quarts | Water |
On 1st speed, add all ingredients until dough ball forms.
On 2nd speed, knead until smooth and elastic. 2 lbs per loaf. Egg wash proof and slash. 350 F for 1 hour.
