Lemonade Cookies

1 c. | sugar |
2 | eggs |
3 c. | flour |
1 tsp. | soda |
1 (6 oz.) can | frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted and divded |

Cream butter and 1 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and soda; stir into butter mixture alternately with 1/2 c. lemonade concentrate.
Drop dough by round teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes or just until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Remove from oven; brush each cookie lightly with reserved lemonade and sprinkle each with sugar. Cool on a wire rack.
